We are glad our community has been a beacon of peace for you and your furry family members. It was pretty difficult finding a place in Dallas that was nice, reasonably priced & felt safe- but I couldn't be happier with this place. And the staff/maintenance is seriously incredible. Very quick to respond and take pride in the community.
This is a great place and the management truly cares for the property. Everyone is so nice and caring and its a great location. They do resident events monthly and they grounds are kept clean. I move in today but I can't say enough about the application process. He always respond so quickly with any questions or concerns that I may have.

Which doesnt resolve anything; I'm not concerned with what others do in their home, I just want my issue resolved by looking at our hvac system- which also was never done. Over a week ago they said they would have someone come clean the vents, still waiting for that. We've asked to be let out of the lease but they are just biding their time giving us band-aid excuse after another.

Nosey pool area by the office during the summer but a nice staff, speedy maintenance, and convenient vaulter trash. Stay in "phase one" for a free covered parking otherwise good luck. Other than that, it's a nice place to call home.

Super dog friendly- lots of nature & trails close by, but my favorite part is the huge dog park about two minutes down the road. Thank you so much for the excellent review of our apartment community!
